Athlete of the Week: Blair Ezekiel

Ezekiel Swung A Hot Bat

St. John’s Senior Softball player Blair Ezekiel is The Telegram Sports Department’s choice as Athlete of the Week.

Ezekiel helped lead the Kelly’s Pub Molson Bulldogs to the city’s Senior Men’s Softball championship this week, delivering a two-run home run in the deciding 3-2 Game 6 victory Monday night at Lions Park.

It was the fifth straight league title for Kelly’s Pub.

Ezekiel was the Top Batter for the Playoffs, going 10-for-24 for a .417 Batting Average. He shared the Playoff MVP Award with teammate Sean Cleary.
