Bernie was a long-time Softball supporter and a staple at Lions Park. He will be missed, but definitely not forgotten.

Bernard (Bernie) Joseph Walsh
Passed peacefully away at his home on Saturday, June 8, 2019. Bernard (Bernie) Joseph Walsh at the age of 71 years. Predeceased by his parents Vince and Margaret Walsh; sister Elizabeth Murphy; brother-in-law Bernard (Copper) Murphy; mother and father-in-law Marie and Fred Gulliver; sister-in-law Marilynn O’Reilly; best friend and brother-in-law Bob (Knuckles) Gulliver. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 51 years Lorraine; his children Darlene (Wayne) Doyle, Darrell (Sherri) Walsh, Denise (Greg) Keats and Deanne (Dave) Walsh Nagle; nine grandchildren who he loved dearly Leanne (Andrew), Kerri, Colin, Jessica, Cody, Madison, Lucas, Leah and Lauren; one great grandchild Nathan; brothers-in-law Randy (Yvonne) Gulliver, Robert O’Reilly, many nieces and nephews. Bernie also leaves behind a large circle of family and close friends especially Ray Wickens, Ken McCrindle and all his buddies at the Lions Park. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Tuesday from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in his memory to the Autism Society.
