Message From President Metro Umpires

On behalf of Metro Umpires I wish to acknowledge the loss of a dear friend and fellow umpire, Len King. Len's contribution to the game as an Umpire, Administrator, Player, and Fan extend for over 40-years. His dedication to ensure that there were officials at the game often led him to leave events at home to ensure there was an umpire at the field. As a group of people, we, as the St. John’s Senior and Intermediate Leagues, Players, Coaches, Fellow Umpires, Off-Field Officials, and Fans have lost one of our own. May He Rest In Peace.
